Katy Perry just listed her California home for $9.5 million

This is more than just a teenage dream.

When Katy Perry live-streamed herself for 72 hours straight, viewers felt like they were watching The Real World: Katy Perry Edition from her home, but that wasn’t the Swish Swish singer’s permanent digs. Now we’re getting a glimpse into her real world, but we might not have it for long. According to Trulia, Perry has just listed her Hollywood Hills home for $9.5 million.

The four-bed, six-bath home is super-private, set back behind a long, gated rock driveway. Built in 1954, the property is actually comprised of four separate structures, including a Mediterranean-style main house, a two-story guest house (with a garage big enough to fit a limousine), a designated fitness building, and a security guardhouse. Sounds like this mansion was tailor-made for the celebrity lifestyle—perhaps the next owner will be just as famous.

In the main home, the entire second floor is dedicated to the master suite, and the enormous master bath features a soaking tub directly in the center, beneath a skylight. Outside, there’s a pool, cabana with spa, fireplace, and fountain, not to mention that the property is surrounded by two acres of gardens with fruit trees, an amphitheater, and multiple terraces.

Perhaps Perry is finally set to move into the convent in Los Feliz, California, that she purchased earlier this year after a long legal battle with the nuns who occupied it. (She was challenged by its current residents, Sisters Rita Callanan and Catherine Rose Holzman, who purchased the property with three other women in 1972 and were hoping to sell it instead to local restaurateur Dana Hollister.) The courts ruled in Perry’s favor in March, so the convent — which was built in 1927 and has a pink facade, lush landscaping, and terra cotta roofs — is officially now all hers.
